The head offices of OLIPES in Campo Real (Madrid) take up a surface area of over 13,000 m2 with over 4,500 constructed metres, endowed with an attractive external appearance. It is here that they carry out the main manufacturing and logistics activities of the company. 1,400m2 of robotized warehouse for finished products ensure the best service on the national and international distribution channels. With the start-up of these new premises in Campo Real OLIPES has attained a production capacity of up to 60,000 Kg/hour in lubricant oils, (38,700 Tn per year), 7,400 Kg./hour in greases (2,000 Tn per year) and up to 20,000 Kg./hour in other maintenance and cleaning chemicals (7,700 Tn per year) such as, for example, anti-freezes.
The QUALITY of all the products developed, manufactured and commercialised by OLIPES, S.L. is guaranteed by ISO 9001: 2008 CERTIFICATION: and Environmental Certification ISO 14001:2004 valid for the DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND COMMERCIALISATION OF GREASES, LUBRICANT OILS AND MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING PRODUCTS.

The R&D&i work of OLIPES is borne out by the commercialisation of over 600 types of lubricants and greases which, in their various formats, are converted into over 2,000 product references. A list which is complemented by those customised products manufactured according to the client’s requirements for specific applications.
