MAXIGRAS 94 OGL/R680 is a spray running-in lubricant for open gear drives. Based on mineral oils and aluminum stearate thickener, with a high content in colloidal graphite, anti-wear and EP additives, corrosion inhibitors and adhesion and greasiness enhancers. Free of asphalts, solvents, chlorine and heavy metals.

Available in
  • 200 Litres

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:

  • Perfect running due to plastic deformation of the contact surfaces, thanks to a highly resistant and adherent lubricant film and the action of its additives.
  • It smooths surface roughness and minimizes the wear of the gear flanks at the point of the pinion gear-rim, ensuring a longer life of the gear drives and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Low environmental impact as it is free of asphalts, solvents, chlorine and heavy metals.

APPLICATIONS:

MAXIGRAS 94 OGL/R680 is especially recommended for the lubrication of start-up and running of open gear drives and large rims through automatic SPRAY systems, in rotary kilns, tube mills and in-line mixers for the cement, lime, gypsum, magnesite, phosphate and mining industries, and the chemical industry in general.
MAXIGRAS 94 OGL/R680 can also be applied by manually spraying it and/or using a brush.
MAXIGRAS 94 OGL/R680 is suitable for use in lubrication systems such as Tecalemit, Lincoln Helios (SKF-Lincoln), Delimon (Bijur-Delimon), Woerner, Nortek, Neubor, …
The amount of lubricant to apply during the running operation will depend on the particular service conditions in each case.
