Maxisol 3 is an ecological emulsionable cutting fluid for machining all types of metals. Product free from nitrites and amines.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
- Easily emulsifiable in water (cutting fluid). Stable emulsion in water of any degree of hardness.
- Excellent anticorrosive and anti-oxidant capacity, protecting the moving parts of machine tools and machined parts.
- High cooling capacity. Rapid evacuation of heat from the work area, ensuring the control of tolerances.
- Provides proper lubrication between the machine tool and the part, allowing excellent finishes.
- Its content in bactericides prevents rotting and with it, the formation of bad odours.
- Good compatibility with most of the market guide.
