Vulcan TCP products are specially designed for lubrication in thread cutting (cutting and forming) processes on steel alloys.
The combination of additives used in Vulcan TCP meets the needs of the most modern machining businesses and the special requirements in the process of making threads in difficult machining materials (stainless steel alloys). Obviously, other ferrous alloys can be processed, as can aluminium alloys and non-ferrous metal alloys.

Vulcan TCP is a product recommended in operations where excellent precision and accuracy of finishing dimensions is required, while increasing the life of the tool and providing an excellent surface finish.
Vulcan TCP is presented in paste for its manual application. Recommended for high speed cutting tools, where an oil could form mists or lose effectiveness by means of losses by splashes.
Vulcan TCP is offered with a manual brush for its correct application.
