Stabillo Cut 1 SW is a high-tech biobalanced soluble coolant, specially for high-performance machining operations.
 
Characteristics:
 
Unique and novel product, universal in use, water soluble, for all types of metal cutting and machining operations.
 
The new concept of biobalance allows the use of emulsion baths with no life limit in microbiological terms, and the addition of bactericides and fungicides is not necessary.
 
The development and use of a new anti-foam system means that this soluble machining fluid is particularly suitable for applications where very soft water (low hardness) is used.
 
Stabillo Cut 1 SW is free from secondary amines, nitrites, organochlorine compounds, formaldehyde, PCB, PCT, PTBB and heavy metals.
 
Applications:
 
Stabillo Cut 1 SW is a universal product for cutting, punching, drilling, carving, milling, lathing, etc. in all types of metals.
 
Advantages:
 
- Excellent performance.- Its pH range (8, 6 - 9,2) makes it operator skin friendly.
- Minimum levels of foaming in soft waters.
- Its selected Flora Bacteriana means that the addition of bactericides and fungicides is not necessary.
