Vulcan Estamp CF 9661 V5 is a high performance oil for stamping and drawing steel and its alloys, free of chlorine.
Applications:
Stamping, forming and deep drawing of steel parts made from sheet metal, from 1 mm to 15 mm thick.
Characteristics:
Sheet steel forming oil, based on a synergistic and effective combination of mineral oils and special high performance additives, free of chlorine, solvents, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) or any other organochlorine compounds.
Due to its high stability against oxidation, low evaporation and high EP capacity, Vulcan Estamp CF 9661 V5 gives a perfect finish, with the maximum protection of the matrix.
Its intermediate viscosity allows easy application by immersion, paintbrush, brush, sponge or even by circulation.
Its formulation enables welding operations to be performed on the stamped parts without the need for their prior degreasing and without stains or oxidation appearing in the welded areas.
