TECHNICAL DATA:

HOW TO USE:

1.- CURATIVE ACTION: Extract all the used oil you can and replace it with an enough MASTERCLEAN CL5 quantity for the pump to work correctly. As far as possible, remove the filters. If not possible, control them so that they don’t clog.Start the machine without load, making circulate the product for 1 to 2 hours without interruption, depending on the degree of dirt. Drain, place, and replace the filters, and fill the circuit with the OLIPES oil recommended for the mechanism, periodically checking the state of the filters during the first days.

2.- FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION: Add approximately between 5% and 10% of MASTERCLEAN CL5 to the oil in use and keep working with the machine in the usual way for about 48 hours, controlling the filters so that they are changed if they become clogged. Drain, replace the filters, and fill the circuit with the OLIPES oil recommended for the mechanism, while checking the state of the filters periodically during the first days.

3- FOR PREVENTIVE ACTION: Add around 2% of MASTERCLEAN CL5 to the oil in use a few hours before its scheduled change. Drain, replace the filters and fill them with the recommended OLIPES oil.

NOTE: If possible, do the draining while hot, after stopping the machine.

NOTE: In the case of circuits that get dirty easily, you can add around 1-2% of Masterclean CL5 to the oil inside the circuit, thus managing to keep the system clean continuously.
