Stabillo Cut Extreme EP has excellent drainage capacity, guaranteeing high machine cleaning capacity. Its microemulsion helps to reduce drastically carry-over product consumption. In addition to the low dosage of product required, the product is biostatic, providing excellent resistance to the growth of fungi and bacteria.
Stabillo Cut Extreme EP is free from toxic materials such as DEA, nitrites, organochlorine derivatives, PCBs, PCTs, PTBBs, etc. and substances declared to be dangerous by regulation TRGS 611 (substances potentially generating nitrosamines used in refrigeration fluids).
Applications:
General machining in carving, milling, lathing, drilling and cutting of grey iron (cast iron), stainless steel (duplex) and its alloys.
Does not stain in operations on aluminium (6000 - 7000 series). Copper corrosion test for 3 hours at 40°C 1b (without surface attack).
