Maxigras 102/2
Lubricating grease formulated with state-of-art thickener Calcium Sulfonate Complex. Specially designed to work under extreme situations of loads, shock, presence of moisture and possible chemical attack.
APPLICATIONS:
- Bearing lubrication under high loads.
- Rolling mills in steel industry.
- Bearings in the presence of moisture and / or elevated temperatures.
- Paper industry, mining, construction equipment.
- Electric motors, journal and antifriction bearings, mechanical elements in the presence of acids or alkalis, saline environments and / or corrosive.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
- Excellent performance under extreme conditions and shock loads. High capacity EP.
- Protection against corrosion and oxidation.
- High resistance to cold or hot water wash, either fresh water or seawater.
- Excellent adhesion, high resistance to dripping / draining.
- Excellent pumpability under -30ºC, allowing its use in situations of low temperature.
- Thanks to its complex thickener technology, it provides high continued workability at elevated temperatures, with an excellent recovery of the consistency once it cools.
- Excellent mechanical resistance against continued effort, minimal changes in consistency.
