Concentrated coolant-antifreeze, prepared for usage by diluting with demineralized water with a minimum recommended concentration of 50% of product and maximum of 60%.
Especially designed with 100% organic additive (OAT) with a view to meeting the demands of modern refrigeration systems in closed circuits in light vehicles, heavy transport, buses, construction and agricultural machinery and stationary engines.
Product not suitable for use in heating systems in household installations.
PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES:
100% organic, silicate-free additivation (OAT).
Its formulation, in line with the latest technology, affords the coolant-antifreeze all the properties and characteristics required for its optimal operation:
■ Antifreez with protection up to -42 °C in 60% dilutions of product in demineralized water.
■ Coolant: operates efficiently under pressure, delaying its boiling until 145 °C in circuit at 2atm in dilutions at 50%, hence avoiding the heating of the motor.
■ Anticorrosion. Its 100% organic additives effectively protect all metallic components of the cooling system, including cast iron, aluminum, copper and alloy welds.
■ Anti-cavitation, avoiding foam and air retention, facilitating optimal pump operation.
■ NAP-free corrosion inhibitors: free of any nitrites, amines and phosphates as well as any other components which are harmful or hazardous to the ecosystem such as: boron compounds and molybdates.
■ Complete biodegradation in 20 days, calculation carried out on the main component.

■ Long product service life:
- Up to 650,000 km or 5 years in heavy transport vehicles and buses.
- Up to 8,000 hours or 5 years in construction and agricultural machinery.
- Up to 250,000 km or 5 years in light vehicles.
- Up to 32,000 hours or 5 years in stationary engines.

HOW TO USE:
Do not use ANTICONGELANTE CONCENTRADO G12+ directly. Dilute it with the amount of water required to obtain the desired freezing point. It is recommended to use demineralized water to obtain a greater yield and avoid the formation of lime deposits or of any other nature on the radiator.
