Stabillo Cut Challenge is biostatic, providing great resistance against the growth of microorganisms and fungi.
Stabillo Cut Challenge has low adhesive capacity, providing excellent cleaning and penetration properties, while allowing rapid re-emulsification.
Stabillo Cut Challenge is free from toxic materials such as DEA, nitrites, organochlorine derivatives, PCBs, PCTs, PTBBs, etc. and substances declared to be dangerous by regulation TRGS 611 (substances potentially generating nitrosamines used in refrigeration fluids).
Applications:
General machining in carving, milling, lathing, drilling and cutting of grey iron (cast iron), steel and its alloys. Does not stain in operations on aluminium (series 6000 - 7000). Corrosion test for copper for 3 hours at 40° C 1b (without surface attack).
