Olicut Al is a highly refined and highly pure pure cutting oil specially formulated with selected mineral bases and reinforced with high polar Ester base synthetic oils to improve its lubricating capacity, reducing tool wear and improving the surface finish of the piece compared to conventional mineral oils. 
 
Recommended for the general cutting and machining of low-severity parts of aluminium, bronze and other light copper alloys, as well as sweet steels.
 
Properties and Advantages:
 
- High cooling capacity, which allows heat to be quickly evacuated from the work area, avoiding welding between utility and chips.
- Reduced coefficient of friction between the part and the tool. Increases the life and performance of cutting tools.
- Transparent. It allows machining to be observed.
- Quick decantation of the chips and other residues, guaranteeing a perfect visibility.
- Resistant to oxidation.
- Does not stain or produce darkening in the mechanized pieces.
- Does not produce fumes.
- High flash point, which allows risk-free use.
 
Applications:
 
- Recommended for the general cutting and machining of low-severity parts of aluminium, bronze and other light copper alloys.
- Machining in automatic lathes of mild steels.
- Grinding operations.
- Cutting by sawing of soft materials.
