Maxigras 110 EP/220 is a multifunctional EP grease improved by the plastic deformation of its micro‐additives and formulated for lubrication in the harshest of mechanical conditions with large relubrication intervals. Free of fillers and heavy metals.

Applications:

Maxigras 110 EP/220 is applied in all types of bearings working with heavy loads, vibrations or in the presence of moisture.

In plain bearings, even yellow alloys, working with heavy loads or partial rotation with wear by abrasion.

To protect against the development of vibro ‐ corrosion or the accelerated wear of bearings and grooves in Cardan type drives and grooved joints with high torque.

Lubrication of rolling mills and calendars using slide pads.

Sealed gasket for bearings and plain bearings exposed to moisture and/or external contamination, lubrication and anticorrosive protection of construction struts, beams, metal posts driving, etc.

Properties and Advantages:

- Ensures economic maintenance by means of a reduction in costs due to mechanical operations or those involving lubrication.
Excellent anti‐wear, anti‐corrosive, anti‐oxidant, and anti‐rust properties.
High adherence and unctuousness.
Excellent pumpability for use with guns and centralized lubrication systems.
Excellent resistance to soft water, salt water, and steam.
Minimal oil separation at high temperatures.
Suitable for working in the presence of water. Displays great stability in damp environments..
