EP multifunctional grease enhanced by plastic deformation of micro additives and formulated for lubricating under harsh mechanical conditions and large frequency in lubrication periods. Free of fillers and heavy metals.
APPLICATIONS:
- For all types of bearings working with heavy loads, vibration or moisture present.
- In journal bearings, including yellow alloys, working with heavy loads or partial rotation with wear abrasion.
- To protect the development of vibro-corrosions or accelerated wear of bearings and grooves in Cardan transmissions and slotted joints with high torque.
- Lubrication in rolling mills or calenders by sliding pads.
PROPERTIES:
- It ensures economic maintenance by reducing costs in mechanical interventions or lubrication.
- High power: antiwear, anticorrosion, antioxidant and anti-rust.
- High adhesion and smoothness.
- Working temperature from -20ºC to +120ºC (-4ºF to +248ºF), with peaks of +135°C (275ºF). Maximum application temperature, recommended for bearings depending on the speed factor.
- Excellent pumpability for using with gun and central lubrication.
