Grease formulated with micronized solid additives, specially selected to withstand extreme temperatures and working conditions. Free of lead and toxic heavy metals.
APPLICATIONS:
- Grease especially recommended for drilling hydraulic hammers and generally for drilling machinery, tapered threads in drilling equipment.
- It facilitates the assembly / disassembly of the threads in drill holes terminals.
- Conductive grease used in connections and power lines.
PROPERTIES:
- Excellent performance at very high temperatures by forming metallic film.
- Repels water, preventing oxidation seizure.
- Excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.
- Available in NLGI consistency 1.
- Working temperature from -30ºC to +370ºC (-22ºF to +698ºF).
- High performance, high hiding power.
- Resistance to alkaline solutions, saline environments, water vapor ...
- Excellent ability to withstand extreme loads and high torque.
- Excellent pumpability, even at low temperatures. It kept clean lubrication circuits, avoiding the formation of deposits, ensuring optimum pressure and flow at all times.
