Flow P.O. 100
PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES:
ü Minimum foam formation, reducing the cavitation phenomenon when lubricating smooth bearings.
ü Reduced tendency to form deposits, keeping the gears in an optimum state of cleanliness.
ü Excellent thermal stability, allowing temperature peaks in excess of 100 ºC to be attained.
ü Rapid water separation which prevents the arrival of humidity at metal surfaces.
ü Higher wear-and-tear, anti-rust and anti-corrosion capacity.
ü Reduces power losses owing to friction, ensuring optimum performance and silent operation.
ü Its excellent Extreme Pressure properties make it suitable for usage on heavily loaded elements.
APPLICATIONS:
ü Guillotines (Polar, Wholemberg, etc.), Folders (Jagenberg, Bremer etc.), mechanical elements in Roland, Heidelberg, König Bauer, Wifag, Chambon machines etc.
ü Gear, reducer systems, smooth bearings, guides and rollers where a lubricant is required with EP properties.
ü Lubrication of elements with sliding loads and/or shock loading.
