Maxigras FHT-2
7916002
Maxigras FHT-2 is a lubricating grease formulated with 100% synthetic fluorinated bases and thickeners.
Applications:
Lubrication of rolling bearings and bearings subjected to extreme loads.
Rolling bearings in contact with humidity and / or high temperatures.
Flat and antifriction bearings, mechanical elements in contavt with acids or alkalis, saline and / or corrosive environments, and oxidising atmospheres.
Cables and chains subjected to high temperatures.
Valves in generators, switches, electrical contacts, master controls in steam turbines, electric motors.
Paper and cardboard corrugators.
Air blowers, convectors, agitators in the chemical industry.

Properties:
Its fluorinated synthetic components provide the following benefits:
- Excellent service life (Long-Life grease), reducing maintenance costs.
- High resistance in continuous work at high temperatures.
- Excellent chemical resistance against oxygen, chlorine and hydrogen gas, strong acids, alkalis, alcohols, peroxides, amines, hydrocarbons, cold or hot water, steam, saline environments, machining fluids.
- Excellent performance under extreme conditions and shock loads. High EP capacity.
- Protection against corrosion and oxidation.
- Excellent adhesion, high resistance to dripping / draining.
- High working capacity continued at high temperatures, contributing an excellent recovery of the consistency when cooling.
- Excellent mechanical resistance against the continuous operation, minimum changes in consistency.
- Minimum coefficients of friction, protecting lubricated mechanical elements against wear.
- Operating temperature from -30ºC to + 250ºC (-22ºF to + 482ºF), with working peaks up to + 300ºC ( 572°F).
