Vulcoway 32 is a guide lubricant with excellent filterability and de-emulsion.
Vulcoway 32 is a new generation of high quality products designed to meet the lubrication needs of guides and slides in machining centres.
Applications:
Vulcoway 32 is also recommended for the lubrication of helical gears, hypoids and worm gear in machine tools.
It is a multifunction product for use in:
- Vertical and horizontal guides in machining centres.
- Sliding tables subjected to high loads.
- Sliding tables subjected to high loads.

- Exceptional anti-wear and extreme pressure properties.
- Good filterability and de-emulsion.
- Excellent thermal and oxidative stability.
- Light colour and mild odour.
- Compatible with most soluble cutting oils used.
- Vulcoway 32 gives a value 1-2 In the SKC test of compatibility with soluble cutting oils.- Vulcoway 32 does not attack epoxy coatings.
- Vulcoway 32 is compatible with frequently-used joints and elastomers. Does not attack non-ferrous metals, or the painting of machining centres.
