Microbelüfter 200 is a professional micro-aerator for tanks for machine tools that work with soluble cutting fluids or emulsions (cutting fluids).
Description:
Based on the principle of flotation, the micro-aerator professional Microbelüfter 200 generates a great flow of air bubbles that enable the correct oxygenation of the coolant fluid in the machine tank, extending the useful life of the fluid, reducing considerably the appearance of anaerobe bacteria, viruses, yeasts and fungi in the process baths, eliminating odour problems and minimising the risk of bad finishes, corrosion, staining of parts, or dermatitis in operators, amongst others.

Applications:
The Microbelüfter 200professional micro-aerator is recommended in all types of machine tools that work with water-soluble cutting fluids or emulsions (cutting fluids) in which there is contamination with tramp oils from the lubrication of guides, hydraulic systems , oils from previous processes, destabilised oils from the emulsion itself, etc.The professional Microbelüfter 200 micro-aerator injects a large amount of oxygen into the bath, thus prolonging its useful life by preventing the appearance of anaerobic bacteria, viruses, yeasts and fungi. The result is a clean bath free from the annoying odours caused by anaerobic bacteria.
The use of the Microbelüfter 200 professional micro-aerator, based on the principle of flotation, allows the bath to remain enriched with oxygen, while the buoyancy of the oil particles and dirt by the addition of very fine air bubbles is increased artificially. The floating sludge can be removed by our Oil Separator 5404 skimmer.
