Maxigras Complex Li-EP
Lithium Complex grease for high temperature applications. Especially designed to reduce the relubrication frequencies up to 80% compared with conventional lithium greases.
PROPERTIES:
- It ensures economic maintenance by cost cutting due to mechanical or lubrication interventions.
- High protection and duration in service, even in very aggressive environments.
- Working temperature from -30 °C (-22 °F) to +160 °C (+320 °F), with peaks of +180 °C (+356 °F) in static or low speed.
- Greater wear and tear protection, excellent Extreme Pressure capacity (EP).
- The technology of the complex thickener allows the grease adhered to the rolling elements to remain fluid, whilst the rest forms a protective “screen” preventing the action of external contaminants (dust, humidity, etc.).
- Its advanced formulation also prevents the hardening which conventional greases suffer.
- Oxidation resistant, shear stable, corrosion and wear protection.
- Stable to vibration and mechanical work, even in the presence of water contamination.
APPLICATIONS:
- Transport vehicles (Fleets, Construction, Mining…) thanks to its excellent performance in wheel bushing, electric brakes…, which allows over 100,000 km without regreasing.
- Mechanical elements which work at high temperatures.
- Journal and antifriction bearings.
- Electric and fan motors that work at medium to high revolutions.
- Cams, guides and slow sliding elements which require great adherence at a high temperature.
