PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES:

ü  Low tendency to form sludges, lacquers, deposits and residues.

ü  High resistance to oxidation and excellent chemical stability.

ü  Thanks to its synthetic technology, it offers a long service life and periods between drainages can be extended up to 8,000 - 10,000 hours, a much higher performance compared to the 2,000 drainage hours offered by mineral-based compressor oils.

ü  Low pour point.

ü  Excellent lubricity, minimal wear of lubricated elements.

ü  Miscible with PAO-type mineral and synthetic oils or alkylbenzene.

ü  Compatible with NBR and EPDM seals.

APPLICATIONS:

ü  Industrial refrigerating compressors that demand an oil with low freezing point and high chemical resistance, using gases of types R-134a, R-404a, R-407c, R-410a, R-507, R-509 a/b, R-422d. 

ü  Recommended for refrigerated compressors using inert gases of type HFC, CFC and/or HCFC.

ü  Reciprocating screw compressors with discharge temperatures up to 220 °C

ü  High vacuum pumps.

ü  Rotary vane compressors.

ü  Compatible with compressors using CO2 gas (R-744).

ü  Suitable for use in vacuum pumps and reciprocating, screw, and vane compressors, with discharge temperatures up to 220°C.
