Fluid lubricant grease with high apparent viscosity for open gears, formulated with semi-synthetic bases and additives with a high capacity to withstand large loads (Extreme Pressure).
PROPERTIES:
- Excellent corrosion-proofing.
- Extreme capacity to withstand major continuous and impact loads.
- Resistant in aggressive environments (exposure to the sun, humidity, dust, vibrations).
- Great pumpability, even at low temperatures.
- Resistant to washing in cold or hot water and steam.
- Long-Life. Long-term grease.
- Working temperature: -20 °C to +150 °C (-4 ºF to +302 ºF)
APPLICATION:
- Open gears under strong loads and aggressive environments.
- Toothed gears, masts and large gears on cranes and diggers.
- Greasing of elevator guides, slides, cables and chains, etc., it allows easy inspection of the condition of greased surfaces.
- Particularly suited for the mining, construction, cement, plaster and sepiolite sectors.
- Easy to apply in manual lubrication, also suitable for centralized lubrication systems.
