OLIPES’ MAXIGEAR TS 7400 has received certification from the German company ZF for its Ecomid, AS Tronic, Ecosplit with or without an integrated hydrodynamic retarder (intarder), Ecolite, NMW, TC Tronic HD (Heavy Duty) and TraXon (with or without intarder) gearboxes.
MAXIGEAR TS 7400 is a Fully Synthetic heavy duty gearbox lubricant especially recommended for gearboxes by DAF, MAN (Eaton and ZF transmissions), RENAULT V.I, VOLVO and IVECO commercial vehicles and has been approved within the ZF TE-ML 02L and ZF TE-ML 16K specification for use in off-road vehicles, MPVs, commercial vehicles, trucks, urban service buses and passenger coaches.
MAXIGEAR TS 7400 has far exceeded the German manufacturer’s standards in aspects such as driving comfort, reliability, safety and performance. Due to its outstanding low temperature fluidity, it reduces premature wear caused by cold starts and the formation of deposits, keeping the gears at an optimum state of cleanliness. Thanks to its synthetic formulation, it allows long drain intervals of up to 300,000 km or 3 years in long-haul vehicles.
MAXIGEAR TS 7400 is also compatible with the ZF TE ML 02E specification used in factory-fill products.
ZF has a history of more than 100 years in the development of gearboxes for automobiles, as well as for utility vehicles and helicopters, gradually increasing its share of the world market. With the acquisition of the US company TRW Automotive in 2015 and more recently of WABCO, ZF Friedrichshafen has become one of the three largest global suppliers of spare parts with 270 subsidiaries spread across 42 countries.
