Carlos Neiva is an economist, a Sales Management and Strategic Business Development expert and has more than 20 years of experience in sales. He has worked as Business Manager in companies related to the lubricant sector within Latin America, in countries such as Colombia, Peru and Chile.
He has also successfully carried out the implementation of "route to market" projects, as well as the selection, training and management of multicultural sales teams, which are a testimony to his high organizational and leadership skills.
