PortuguêsOlipes continues to promote and provide assistance in the training of professionals from the sector, in this case involving FJS Lubrificantes, Olipes´ distributor in Portugal, which brought together their sales team in Madrid for a comprehensive workshop of activities and training in business strategies and heavy machinery lubrication delivered by our engineers.
These training sessions provided the participants with the opportunity to visit the Olipes manufacturing plant and laboratory, giving them a thorough understanding of the company´s manufacturing processes.
Several technical and commercial training sessions were held over the 4-day event, consisting of discussions on market trends in the area of lubricants for heavy machinery and industrial vehicles, guidance on lubrication in quarries and gravel pits, and sales strategies based on trust and an after-sales customer service, in which Olipes is the undisputed leader in the sector, providing the FJS sales team with essential skills to excel in their functions.
The training initiative gave rise to an enriching experience that fostered the exchange of knowledge and the definition of valuable connections among the participants. Moreover, unforgettable moments were shared through the daily recreational activities, such as the exciting day of team building and bonding at the thrilling Rivas go-kart track, which proved to be a memorable occasion.
