Properties and Advantages:
 
- Great resistance to oxidation and ageing.
- Excellent load capacity, minimising gear wear.
- High work factor.
- Great deaeration capacity. Detergent properties.
- Excellent friction control, noise reduction in immersed brakes.
- Compatibility with elastomers.
- Prolonging life of brakes and transmissions.
 
Applications:
 
- Final drives, gearboxes, hydraulic systems that demand a fluid with the indicated characteristics, transmissions, immersed brakes.
- Engine lubricant where a monograde lubricant of these viscosities and quality level API CF/CF-2 or lower is required.
- Not recommended in cogeneration engines that use gas as fuel.
