Flow P.O. 460 is a multifunctional lubricating oil in highly refined mineral base and state-of-the-art additives.
Flow P.O. 460 is a multifunctional lubricating oil in highly refined mineral base and state-of-the-art additives. Specially developed for the lubrication of industrial gear systems. Its advanced formula provides extraordinary capacity for withstanding loads (Extreme Pressure properties).
Properties and Advantages:
- Minimal foaming, reducing the cavitation phenomenon in the lubrication of plain bearings.
- Reduced tendency to form deposits, keeping the gear in a completely clean state.
- Excellent thermal stability, allowing reaching peaks of temperature of more than 100ºC.
- Rapid separation of water, which prevents the arrival of moisture to metal surfaces.
- Superior anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-corrosion capacity.
- Reduces frictional power losses, ensuring optimum performance and quiet operation.
- Its excellent Extreme Pressure properties makes it suitable for use on heavily loaded features.

Applications:
- Guillotines (Polar, Wholemberg, etc.), Folding machines (Jagemberg, Bremer, etc.), mechanical elements in Roland, Heidelberg, König Bauer, Wifag, Chambon machines, etc.
- Gear systems, gear reducers, plain bearings, guides and bearings where a lubricant with EP properties is required.
- Lubrication of features with shock and / or sliding loads.
