Maxigras 592 is non-toxic grease specially formulated with bases and additives in the appropriate proportions to meet the requirements of the food industry, H1 standard, for lubricants with incidental food contact.
PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES:
- Excellent performance in low and high temperatures.
- Good resistance to water, acids and alkalis.
- Protection against corrosion and oxidation.
- Good mechanical stability. Long-life properties.
- Easily pumpable.
- Excellent adherence, reducing losses and increasing lubrication intervals.
- Working temperature from -30ºC to +150ºC (-22ºF to +302ºF)
APPLICATIONS:
- Bushings, bearings, washers, guides in pharmaceutical, chemical, instrumental and food industry, especially in those places where there is a risk of accidental contact with food.
- General lubrication of any mechanical element that requires food-grade properties
