Maxigras Antiseize
Antiblocking paste formulated with synthetic bases and micronized solid additives, specially selected to endure extreme working temperatures. Free of lead and toxic heavy metals.
APPLICATIONS:
Specifically indicated for the lubrication of all those mechanisms and elements of smooth or threaded surface working or subjected to high temperatures: bearings furnaces, steam boilers mounting, turbines, crucibles, autoclaves, thermal fluids, gaskets, threaded connections, etc.
Applications in mining, metallurgy, marine, paper and textile, electrical industry...
Is preferred in automotive workshops to lubricate the brake linings in their contact with the back of the brake pads, thereby eliminating the squeaks of the brake pads and the transmission of vibrations to the brake calliper.
PROPERTIES:
• Excellent performance at very high temperatures by forming metallic film.
• Prevents seizing and blocking of screws, rods, shafts, bolts, nuts, etc., which are subjected to high temperatures, facilitating removal.
• Meets Military Standard MIL-A-907E, 1985 (supersedes MIL-A-907D, 1966).
• Repels water, preventing oxidation seizure.
• Excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.
• Available in NLGI consistencies 1 and 2.
• Working temperature from -10ºC to +1100ºC (+14ºF to 2012ºF)
• High performance, high hiding power.
• Resistant to alkalis, saline, water vapor...
