Stabilo Slide 50 Co is a fully synthetic and biostatic hard metal grinding fluid.

Properties:

Stabillo Slide 50 Co does not dissolve carbide cobalt. In addition, Stabillo Slide 50 Co has excellent biostatic stability (resistance to microorganisms). Therefore, the working fluid in metals will have a longer life than conventional coolants. Due to its extraordinary antifoam tendency, Stabillo Slide 50 Co is also suitable for turboseparators or cyclones, which are used for coolant treatment. Stabillo Slide 50 Co provides excellent protection against corrosion in the application-concentration. The residues readily dissolve again and are therefore less likely to be sticky.

Applications:

Stabillo Slide 50 Co is a product specially developed for all hard metal grinding applications. It can be used for all the usual grinding operations (exterior, interior, disk grinding and tool sharpening) with excellent cooling and cheap transport.

Advantages:

- Good sinking properties.
- Not sticky and without foam.
- Stable against bacteria, without the characteristic bad odorgenerated by them.
- Low consumption.
- Excellent protection against rust.
- Skin friendly, without chlorine or mineral oils.
- Economic.
