100% synthetic grease specifically designed to operate at low temperatures and/or high revolutions.
APPLICATIONS:
- A bearing and bushing grease subjected to all types of loads and/or significant wear, particularly for parts operating in extreme rotation speed conditions.
- Mechanical parts subjected to extremely low temperatures, such as in cooling tunnels, cold storage chambers, etc.
- Smooth precision and robotic bearings, guides and sliders.
- Specifically indicated for oil-resistant metal-plastic, plastic-plastic and metal-rubber contact.
- Open plastic gears and bearings in household appliances, manual tools, etc. (subject to analysis of the type of plastic).
- Suitable for centralised lubrication systems with consistent greases.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
- Excellent performance at low temperatures. The technology used in the thickener enables this product to reduce friction coefficients and provides excellent pumpability in cold temperatures of up to -50 °C.
- Good resistance to atmospheric moisture and washing with water.
- Excellent protection against wear, corrosion and oxidation.
- Long-life properties, suitable for greasing for life and parts that are hard to reach/regrease.
- Operating temperature from -50 °C (-58 °F) in static or low speed lubrication conditions, and a maximum of +160 °C (+320 °F) at medium-high rotation speeds and peaks of up to +140 °C (+284 °F) in static lubrication.
- Its advanced formulation also prevents the product from hardening like conventional greases.
- Stable in relation to mechanical work and vibrations, including in the presence of water contamination.
