Maxigras Complex 8140M SHC-OGL Arctic 00/000
Maxigras Complex 8140M SHC-OGL ARCTIC is formulated with semi-synthetic base oils and developed to satisfy the most demanding services in heavy loaded machines and industry under artic conditions, in mining equipment, shovels, draglines and excavators in open cut operations. It is based on Aluminium Complex soap thickener and semi-synthetic base oil containing enhanced extreme pressure and antiwear chemistry.
APPLICATIONS:
- Open gears on draglines, shovels, excavators, stackers and reclaimers.
- Open gears in Industrial sector such as cement, waste treatment or steel.
- Stickshifts.
- Heavily loaded, slow moving antifriction bearings.
- Bushings.
- Mechanical elements operating under high load situations and low speed.
- Operating temperature: - 50°C to +120 °C (-58 °F to +248 °F).
ADVANTAGES:
- Excellent EP capacity. It provides maximum protection from extreme load situations.
- Very high mechanical and thermal stability.
- Superior anti-wear and high oxidation resistance.
- Good pumpability at very low temperatures in centralised lubrication systems.
- Thanks to its thickener technology, it provides superior adherence to the metal surface, preventing the entry of external contaminants (water, dust, dirt contamination).
