Maxigras 94 OGL
PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES:
- Excellent performance under normal conditions and shock loads. High EP capacity.
- Protection against corrosion and oxidation
- High resistance to cold or hot water wash.
- High pumpability capacity. Excellent adhesion, high resistance to dripping / draining.
- Thanks to the colloidal graphite built-in formula, it minimizes the flank gear wear when the gear pinion-crown.
- It reduces the effect of micro-pitting caused by wear in the gear teeth.
- It is also substantially reduced the wear of the surfaces in contact under pressure, due to better and cleaner lubrication facilitating the removal of contaminants on contact surfaces.
- Excellent resistance to the separation of oil and components in situations where the grease is subjected to extreme situations of centrifugal force.
- Contains no diluents, avoiding danger in intermittent spray applications and avoiding the loss by evaporation and environmental pollution.
APPLICATIONS:
- Lubrication of large open gears, under heavy loads and high temperatures, replacing traditional lubricants high in asphalt components.
- Gears of great capacity and open design, rotary kilns, cement and mining industry mills, sintering plants, conveyors and transport chains, rack gears, installation of locks, ...
- Maintenance and marine lubrication.
- Lubrication of couplings, subjected to high centrifugal forces.
- Lubrication of steel ropes under extreme load and friction conditions, even in wet and marine environments.
- Suitable for use in lubrication systems such as Tecalemit, Lincoln Helios (SKF-Lincoln), Delimon (Bijur-Delimon), Woerner, Nortek, Neubor, ...
- It exceeds the demands of the main drive manufacturers: Krupp Polysius, Fuller, Flender, David Brown, Svedala-Allis.
