Maxigear TS 7400, a lubricant oil with fully synthetic grade SAE 75W80 technology, has been renewed with the approval of ZF, a prestigious German manufacturer of state-of-the-art, high-performance gearboxes, meeting the ZF TE ML 01L, ZF TE ML 02L and ZF TE ML 16K specifications.

Maxigear TS 7400 is recommended for transmissions with or without Intarder ZF Ecolite, AS Tronic, AS Tronic lite, AS Tronic mid, Ecomid, Ecotronic mid, Ecosplit, Ecoshift, Classic Line, TC Tronic, TC Tronic HD (Heavy Duty), TraXon, TraXon Torque and NMV, as well as for converters with an overrunning clutch (WSK).

Maxigear TS 7400 has far exceeded the quality standards set by the German manufacturer in aspects such as driving comfort, reliability, safety and performance.

Maxigear TS 7400 can also be used in vehicles under warranty, even as a replacement for first-fill fluids for the VW Amarok, VW Crafter, MAN TGE, IVECO Daily and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles, among others (VW G 055 538 A2, ZF Ecofluid M, Mercedes-Benz 235.10 Manual Transmission Oil A 001 989 26 03 fluids), making it an essential lubricant for every repair and maintenance workshop for commercial vehicles, buses and coaches from the brands Daf, Iveco, Man (Eaton and ZF transmissions), Mercedes-Benz, Renault V.I, Volvo and Volkswagen.

Thanks to its outstanding low-temperature fluidity, Maxigear TS 7400reduces premature wear caused by cold starts and the formation of deposits, keeping the gears in an optimal state of cleanliness. Its excellent friction control promotes minimal wear of lubricated elements and, thanks to its synthetic formulation, it enables extended drain intervals:

-    Up to 5,000 hours, 100,000 km or 1 year for off-road use.

-    Up to 240,000 km or 2 years for buses > 44 T in city traffic and on long routes.

-    Up to 360,000 km or 2 years for long-haul transportation by lorry and coach.
