Acat 460
Formulated from FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved components, they comply with the USDA-H1 standard, required for those lubricants used in the food and pharmaceutical industry where there is a risk of technically unavoidable incidental contact between the lubricant and the food.
ACAT F-20 is mineral based and specially designed for chains working at normal temperatures.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
ü Exceptional lubricating characteristics, far superior to those of a conventional mineral oil.
ü High thermal stability and resistance to rusting even at very high temperatures. Improves system cleanliness and allows longer lubrication periods with savings in maintenance costs.
ü Low freezing point. Good lubrication at low temperatures during start-up.
ü Excellent protection against rust and corrosion on all metal surfaces.
ü Compatible with all seals and paints normally used for mineral oils.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
Especially recommended for the lubrication of chains (autoclave chains, pasteurising ovens, dragging chains in cold rooms, industrial slaughterhouses, heat curing and paint ovens, and in general, in all types of applications in the food industry, textile industry (they do not stain), paints, rubbers, etc., where these viscosity grades are required.
Suitable for thermal curing processes with dry and saturated water vapour, even in the presence of acids and/or alkalis.
-In certain "lubrication for life" systems, in the food industry, textile industry, graphic arts (Roland, Heidelberg machines, etc.), high temperature chain lubrication (RAMES) and in the chemical industry in general, where lubricating oils with the characteristics and properties indicated are required.used for mineral oils.
-If lower viscosity oils are required, we recommend using the MAXIGEAR-ATOX or the FLOW SYN CP ATOX range, which are perfectly prepared for chains.
